Massage and Bodywork

Massage

The effects experienced during a massage or bodywork session vary for each individual. For some, it brings a renewed sense of health and vigor. Often old tension patterns break free and old emotions are released. The intentional touch experienced during bodywork signals a return to one's nature, a switch from everyday consciousness into a calmer, more colorful space less inhabited by the constraints of time and place. Whatever you desire for greater health, the intentional touch of bodywork can support your process.
